Unlike simply cut rings, we employ integral forging combined with radial-axial ring rolling. Large band saws are used for cutting, precisely controlling ingot weight tolerance—the first step in ensuring uniform metal distribution later on.
2. Multi-Directional Forging and Preforming
On an 8,000-ton press, we repeatedly upsets, punches, and pre-expands the ingot to completely break down the original cast structure, forming uniformly refined grains. This stage establishes the foundation for the ring's intrinsic quality.
3. Radial-Axial CNC Ring Rolling (Core Advantage Process)
This is the soul process that gives the ring its final shape and performance. Our 8m CNC ring rolling machine dynamically adjusts feed rates based on real-time feedback from infrared thermometers. Precise control of diameter and wall thickness tolerances significantly reduces material waste and machining time in subsequent processes.
4. Full-Process Heat Treatment and “Heat-Based Substitution for Cold Processing”
We utilize dedicated gas-fired bench-type heat treatment furnaces to execute precise normalizing, quenching, and tempering processes.
